The Team

The Team that operates the activities of the Wouter Nolet Foundation (WNF) in Sierra Leone includes 30  local employees, corresponding to 15 FTE’s.

The Maternal Outreach Project (MOP) is run by a team of 30 employees, corresponding to 15 FTE’s. With the exception of the Dutch Technical Supervisor, all employees are Sierra Leoneans. They work from one location: Masanga Hospital in Sierra Leone.

A summary of the tasks, authorities and responsibilities of the employees have been laid down in the chart below. Employees are constantly trained to make sure that an exit strategy becomes possible in the furture in which tasks and responsibilities are taken over by the local people. 

Maternal Outreach Program Profiles

The method of coordination and alignment between the sub-tasks is based on a detailed description of the main service processes and a system of local values and norms dictates the basis on which actions are taken and decisions are made.
